Book Introduction: Mystery beyond the Veil

A Guide from the Tabernacle of Moses to the Heart of Man

Have you ever wondered why the Bible is written in mysteries? Or, what do the Old Testament laws have to do with our present life? Mystery beyond the Veil will help you answer these questions.

When I first began writing this book as a children’s Bible study course in 2006, I never envisioned it as a complete work. I was a fresh first-time mom, full-time farmer, and an editor of a Christian children’s magazine. My days were spent playing in the dirt at our self-sustainable farm and my evenings consisted of much writing, editing, and creating magazine layouts. A few years later, when the Bible study course was completed, we decided to bind it together and put it into print. Since then hundreds of copies have been read all over the world and many have explored together with Aaron, a young Jewish boy, the journey beyond the veil in the Tabernacle of Moses where the mysteries of God are revealed.

What is this book based on?

Words can never express my gratitude to God for giving me the privilege to sit under the teachings of Brother Cecil and Sister Mavis duCille, who first introduced me to the heavenly understanding of the Tabernacle of Moses in the Wilderness. Their selfless dedication to God and God’s people in proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom changed many people’s lives including mine. Mystery beyond the Veil is actually a simplified version of Brother duCille’s book The Pattern.

If you are looking for a Bible study material for your school at home, do not hesitate to get your own copy. It is excellent reading aimed primarily at young readers, but also enjoyed by many parents and grandparents.

Excerpt from the Mystery beyond the Veil:

“Aaron,” a strong but gentle Voice called him, “come with Me, I will show you My pattern for man.” Aaron was so startled by the voice. “Who are You, Sir?” he asked.

“I am the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and I want to be your God, too.”

“God of my forefathers,” Aaron thought, “and He wants to be my God!” He rose up quickly to follow the One Whom he heard so much about.

“Aaron,” the strong but gentle Voice said, “I want you to learn all that I will show you. I want you to experience it, too. And I want you to go and tell other people that I am a good God Who loves them and has a wonderful plan for their lives.”

Immediately, Aaron was taken into the wilderness to a very interesting structure…
